The Centre for People Development offers:
- “Bridging” to Cert IV TAA for experienced trainers with a training qualification
- Fast track to Cert IV TAA for experienced trainers without formal qualification
- Completion of Cert IV TAA for participants already holding some cert IV TAA units
- 1:1 coaching to Cert IV TAA for individuals with some training experience
- In house programs for organisations with a minimum of eight (8) participants
The Training and Education Training Package (TAE10), is designed to meet the current and future learning needs (both developing “competencies” and gaining qualifications) of new and existing staff working in a broad range of work functions and activities. The qualification sits within the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector. It is “accredited”, a nationally recognised qualification, acknowledged throughout Australia and across industry.
Cert IV TAA is comprised of 10Units. Seven (7) are core Units and three (3) are electives. Each Unit addressed the development of specified “competencies” (skills and knowledge”.)

Participants in all accredited Units (nationally recognised) including Cert IV TAA Units need to be assessed in terms of the competencies identified for those Units. This means that the course providers conduct assessments to ensure the participants in the training have gained (or built on) the competencies.
BRIDGING course. Evidence of Cert IV AWPT /TAA40110 qualification or equivalent competencies required, with pre-reading, face to face session and assessments to be submitted
On-line course with a minimum of three (3) face to face or video conference sessions and assessments to be submitted
