These courses are facilitated by Mike Nolan, one of the most highly regarded project managers and trainers in Australia and is particularly relevant for people currently engaged in a project and others who have previous experience in or leading a project.
The Public Program brings together people from a range of agencies to share their project experience, challenges and successes. Mike brings his own successes, learning and insights from a myriad of projects from policy to construction and IT. The combination makes for a dynamic, practical and relevant course for all participants.
Both courses are a combination six (6) x one (1) day workshops and course work undertaken by participants, usually as part of their own workplace projects. Also included is a comprehensive set of manuals including a valuable range of tools, templates and instruments which, in soft copy, are ready for use in participants’ workplaces.
Final submission of work for assessment is usually 8 weeks after completion of the workshops.
This Diploma of Project Management course is presented by Mike Nolan Management Services, on behalf of the Centre for People Development, a nationally registered training organisation.

Advanced Diploma of Project Management (BSB60707)
The Advanced Diploma of Project Management (BSB60707) qualification is aimed at Project Sponsors / Programme Managers currently holding Diploma Project Management and/or who direct a range of projects/programmes.
The course is not available to project managers / project officers who do not have Diploma PM.
The qualification includes the following competency units:
